Optimize business processes and improve productivity, by becoming a subject matter expert in Microsoft products including Power Platform, Power BI, Teams, and SharePoint.
Current Projects:
- Producing and maintaining a training management platform to standardize operational education across multinational locations. Gathering and visualizing data insights to optimize staff readiness using Power BI
- Leveraging the capabilities of the Power Platform to manage the flow of budgets and processes in one place while using integrated workflows that span across departments
- Developing and maintaining a SharePoint intranet to provide a centralized location for employees to access dynamic and vital resources
- Designing and implementing a Microsoft PowerApps to assist with IT equipment inspections at hundreds of locations across North America.
Workday
BASE consultants are certified in several Workday business solutions including Financial, HCM, and Payroll Management. We provide expertise in report writing, business process design and customization.

Becoming Workday subject matter experts as a result of participating in the end-to-end implementation of Workday Financial and Procurement Management for a multi-billion dollar business
- Designing and implementing data visualizations with Dashboards, Scorecards, and Discovery Boards to drive data informed decision making and organizational planning

Increase company’s revenue and productivity by utilizing Salesforce’s Marketing Cloud platform. Help build seamless customer interactions with their in-demand software capabilities.

- Optimizing marketing campaign results for an enterprise customer as the Salesforce Marketing Cloud subject matter expert.
- Designing responsive email templates using HTML, CSS and dynamic content
- Utilizing data analytics to ensure optimum deliverability for email campaigns

Our Story
The founders of BASE Technology identified both a need and an opportunity to address the significant problem of military spouses underemployment. They saw firsthand the negative impact that the lifestyle and multiple moves have on military spouse employment. Our founders recognized that this provides a group of untapped, highly intelligent, motivated, resilient, and capable people who lack the opportunity to build continuity in their careers. The tech space provides the perfect platform on which to build remote and portable careers, while bringing consistent and long-term employment to military spouses throughout the career of their servicemember.
Partnering with Wireless Technology Solutions, LLC (WTS) brought this vision to fruition. With decades of experience in technology, WTS has provided the ideal home to develop a military spouse technology consultant program. Together our founders built BASE Technology Partners which utilizes a specialized recruiting and screening process to identify potential candidates. These candidates came with no formal training or background in technology. BASE Technology Partners is an innovative company that proudly equips consultants with training, employment, client placement, and mentorship. This solution addresses the challenges of employment and career longevity experienced by military spouses.

Before WTS, I worked in Child Welfare and Social Services, both State-level and Non-Profit. WTS has given me the ability to have a job move with me, an opportunity for a challenge and an opportunity for a job in tech. I received all my training from WTS and did not have to go back to school for a MS in Computer Science. At WTS I work in low-code Automation and the Microsoft Power Platform to develop business solutions for clients.
I was a Dental Hygienest before coming on board with WTS. I was interested in WTS because of the amazing opportunity to learn new skills needed to ultimately transition into a whole new career and in such a supportive environment! I also love that WTS is military-friendly!
Before WTS, I was a High school science teacher. I was immediately interested in WTS when I found out about the military spouse program. The community I am a part of at WTS is like no other company I have worked for and it gives me the confidence to perform my best.
Before WTS, I was a freelance web designer and a stay-at-home mom. I was interested in WTS because it would provide a way for me to not only work from home but to have a career at home! I also loved how WTS is committed to training and providing opportunities for career development. I’m a business intelligence specialist and I create data reports with Power BI.
My wife is in the Navy, and we are currently stationed in California. Before WTS, I was a full-time parent and in software development. I was interested in rejoining the workforce, but doing so in a way that I could still support my active-duty family obligations, PCS moves, deployments, and other military-related family obligations. WTS offered an opportunity that supported all these responsibilities.
Before WTS, I worked as a Counselor. I am proud of my career transition to the IT field and I loved bringing my adaptability and strengths into my technology career. I was excited for the opportunity for career growth and appreciated the value the company places on aptitude and an individual’s ability to learn and develop their skills to complete valuable projects. It was important for me to work at a company that values strengths and life experience of military spouses. This welcoming environment and the strong leadership makes WTS stand out in a great way. I now work as a Business Process Administrator with a team focused on Workday. I develop, test, analyze, and review solutions to support business processes (ex: hiring, onboarding, job changes, etc.) related to overall business functioning.
I worked as a teacher for the last decade teaching everything from pre-k to high school English. My last teaching position was in Lima, Peru where my husband was stationed, teaching literature at an all-girls international school. It was an incredible experience professionally and personally. I have always been interested in a career in technology but as a military spouse and mother, going back to school was not an option. The military spouse program at WTS has provided me with the training while having a job that moves with me (which is often!). In addition, the community and culture of WTS has created a motivating and supportive work environment. I truly love “going” to work every day! With WTS, I am part of the Microsoft Teams and Automation group. We have a variety of projects we are working on, each unique and focusing on developing and creating processes and business solutions for our clients.
I was a teacher for 6 years and then ran my own photography business for 4 years. When I saw the job posting, I was intrigued by the fact that Wireless Technology Solutions, LLC would train me in something that I had no experience in and then continue to keep me employed. I knew that I wanted to do something in IT but I had never been given the opportunity to pursue it. WTS gave me that, plus the opportunity to work with an amazing team that provides support and encouragement all along the way. I work in email marketing with the use of Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
I stayed at home with my kids and homeschooled them. I worked part time as a military research interviewer and was a board member of our military spouse social club. I was interested in WTS’s mission to hire, train, and employ military spouses in remote careers which is a dream come true to many of us in this community. I searched for a career in technology for many years and there are programs that help military spouses get jobs or learn a new skill or network/intern, but virtually none that do all three!
I was a nurse in the Army and then a stay-at-home mom. Several things drew me to WTS! I love WTS’s commitment to providing meaningful careers to military spouses. The ability to take our career with us when we PCS and continue progressing instead of starting somewhere new every move meant a lot to me. The stability that provides is huge! I love that they are confident in what military spouses can bring to the table. WTS gives us that chance when others might not, especially considering our frequent moves and that many of us spend time away from the workforce. I am now a Workday consultant for LA Fitness.

I worked as a staff accountant for over two years before joining WTS, all while I was working on earning my Master of Science in Business Analytics degree. I searched for opportunities in IT after I completed my master’s degree in April of 2021. I kept getting feedback that I needed certain certifications to be considered for entry level positions, I saw that WTS was looking to hire and train military spouses in tech roles. All I had to do to be considered for a position was to take an aptitude test. I now work as a Business Intelligence Specialist. I develop and modify complex Workday reports to help our client make important decisions; my day-to-day job duties depend on what the clients needs.
Before WTS, I worked in aviation as an avionics/electronics mechanic for the Department of Defense and am also in the Washington Army National Guard. My husband is active duty Army and when we got orders to Fort Rucker, Alabama, I had to start job-hunting. I knew that I didn’t want to stay in aviation and have long been interested in the tech industry, so it was kind of serendipitous that I found WTS at just the right time. I am now a Business Intelligence Specialist and I use the Microsoft Power Platform, specifically Power BI, to create reports that assist clients in developing business solutions. I am so excited to have a job that will not only move with me, but that also allows me to easily maintain my National Guard status in Washington state, even though I live in Alabama.
My wife is in the Air Force and we are currently stationed at Nellis AFB in Las Vegas, NV. Before WTS, I was a Social Media Manager. I wanted to break into tech and after completing a coding boot camp, I found WTS. I became interested in WTS because of the support they offer military spouses and the opportunity to work in tech and apply skills that had recently acquired. I am a Business Intelligence Specialist at WTS where I use the Microsoft Power Platform to develop business solutions for clients.
